Roaster’s Roost, is a no waste coffee shop located in Seattle, WA. Customers bring their own mugs to be served at the Roost, no mug no service. However, the Roost sells collectable mugs for sale for the forgetful coffee goers. Everything is recycled into new items. For example, old coffee grounds are pressed into our business cards; coffee filters are donated to local gardens for potting purposes.

Roaster’s Roost is an experience from production to consumption. Customers get to see up close where their waste is going and how the coffee is made, as well as participate in donating days that dispose of leftover coffee materials in the shop. Customers can hangout at the Roost or go check out the back and visit the chickens that produce egg products used in specialty coffees!
